collect//curate explores how everyday objects function as unconscious autobiographies. This museum exhibition identity examines mundane possessions—wallets, polaroids, phones, suitcases—as vessels for personal narrative and collective meaning-making.

The Process: Research into historical collecting practices, from Korean 책거리 (Chaekgori) paintings to Renaissance wunderkammer, revealed how objects create "invisible networks of relations." Contemporary digital curation platforms like Arena and Pinterest became touchstones for understanding modern collection behaviors and self-presentation.

Making the Invisible Visible: The exhibition identity translates this concept across printed materials, 3D object modeling in Blender, and augmented reality experiences through Spark AR for Instagram viewing. Poetry accompanies each object, bridging the gap between physical artifact and emotional resonance—what Stephen Greenblatt describes as the museum's power to evoke both "wonder" and recognition in viewers discovering their own collecting behaviors reflected back.
